Cost for Two-Day Rental on Weekends (Friday - Sunday)

About the Greenhouse
6,000 sq. feet and can accommodate up to 240 guests
Use of Buchwalter Greenhouse facilities includes a bridal room, restrooms, basic utility room with electricity
Use of 30 - 60" round tables, 240 white folding chairs (setup and breakdown included, linens not provided)
Additional use of 4 - 8' long tables, 2 - 6' long tables, and 3 - 10' rustic wood buffet tables
Chalkboard welcome sign, wooden spool tables
Housekeeping services (trash removal and restroom cleaning) during and after the event
One hour of rehearsal time prior to the event for ceremonies, reservation required
Scenic backgrounds and ideal locations for pictures
Use of available plants at the time of your event for staging only. Additional plants, flowers, and table decorations may be rented or purchased for an additional cost.
The greenhouse has fans, fresh air ventilation, and heat, however no central air is provided.
Battery operated candles are permitted. No candles or open flames in the greenhouse are allowed.
Our facilities are available for rental between July 5th - February 1st. All rental time periods include setup and cleanup time. Additional setup time is available during regular business hours (8 am - 5 pm) but must be scheduled and approved in advance. Event times are available as follows:
Friday 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Saturday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
To confirm and book a date, we require a signed contract and a 50% down payment of the rental rate. A $500 security deposit is also required and due with the remaining 50% payment 30 days later. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Any payments or deposits made by credit card will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Caterers & Alcohol
You may select a cater of your choice, but all food must be prepared ahead of time. For the safety of your guests and our property, we only allow beer and wine are permitted on the property during the event. Stipulations for alcoholic beverage service are outlined in our contact.
